Yes, I went to Ojo's recital. It was an awesome performance, to say the least. It started off with a sort of ensemble featuring Ojo on keys, Gym on guitar, GDO keeping time/rhythm with a drumstick/woodblock and also filled in on xylophones. A mezzosoprano sang, adding to the unique ambience. There were others playing violin, viola, cello, violacello, etc., as well as other performances that I presume Ojo wrote or arranged. Not sure, though. There was a piano duet which reminded me of King Crimson. Pretty trippy. It was way cool, though. Altogether, it was good to see Ojo and company perform something so very esoteric and different than what he gives us in Undercover.
